Last year the City of Harrison has passed an ordinance allowing for property owners to submit for a wait list for water and wastewater hookups. Please see the City Ordinance below. You will notice there are some requirements such as submitting your Building Permit Application and Site Plans. This could change in the near future as the City revisits the topic as it expires in March 2022.
